Camp Peak Energy is…
…a fun-filled, week long summer day camp for kids with intellectual disabilities (age 5-21), and their siblings (age 5-17), located at River Bend Ranch in Durango, Colorado.
Campers enjoy themed days while joining in high-fun, high-energy activities, group games and instruction, arts and crafts, water activities, music and more! Check out last year’s activities.
Camp Staff has extensive experience with kids with disabilities and strives to make the campers’ experiences safe, positive, and memorable. Your camper will have a “Coach” with them throughout the week, and many opportunities to nurture friendships.
We include kids of ALL disabilities and needs. We privately gather and evaluate information to match them with the right Camp Staff so your camper will have the safest, most inclusive experience possible. Click here for an example of the type of information we use to prepare for your camper.
